Positive: A little gem ! Perfect location. Standard and quality of the hotel fittings and bedrooms were of an exceptionally high level throughout. Breakfast choices were vast and eating out on the terrace added to the relaxed atmosphere. Staff throughout couldn’t have been more helpful. Would highly recommend!
Negative: Only slight difficulty was access via steps to the street levels

Positive: We stayed in the penthouse suite and the room was very spacious and nicely decorated. The main highlight of the room was the amazing balcony with the most spectacular views of the Bosphorus. We spent a lot of time sitting outside watching the ships pass by. As someone who isn't too fond of the sun,the balcony was well situated where the balcony was warm but had some shade so you didn't have to be in direct sunlight. The breakfast was lovely. There were meat and fruit options in addition to cereal and hot food (omelette, pancakes, waffles, etc.) The staff were also very friendly and helpful. We had a slight issue with the jacuzzi and they came up quickly to help fix it. Very nice. Our stay was so good that we ended up extending it by another day just so we could continue to relax and enjoy the views.
Negative: The only issue with the hotel is steps leading up/down to it. There's not too many but enough to make it a little cumbersome with luggage. This isn't a huge issue as the views from the hotel and its proximity to the port more than make up for it. Just something for people to be aware of.

Positive: Hotel was furnished nicely with a nice restaurant for food and drinks. Rooms were spacious with good bathrooms and amenities. Staff were friendly and polite. Breakfast was simple but good. Beds were comfortable
Negative: Air-conditioning is pre-set in the hotel to between 22-24 degrees Celsius and in peak summer heat this is very hot and made sleeping uncomfortable. You can't change your own room and staff would not change pre settings so it made for an uncomfortable stay. Hotel is located up about 100 steps fine for us albeit challenging in heat but wouldn't suit families/older travellers. Fridge in one of the rooms (we booked two for two couples) didn't work at all so not usable. Pool hours end at 6pm due to the restaurant being open and the pool in the middle of the restaurant tables which we found inconvenient especially when we needed to cool off to be able to brace ourselves for sleeping in hot rooms all night. Overall an expensive hotel for an average experience.

Positive: Fantastic location near Tram Station. Beautiful view of the Bosphorus River. Large clean modern rooms. Front of desk staff were friendly and always greeted us.
Negative: Pool was too cold to swim and it was located in the restaurant area so bit awkward to swim while other people are eating. We booked the hotel for the pool and we couldn't use it which was disappointing. The hotel I would rate 4 star as there were parts of the hotel that were untidy. Staff smoking area right by the rooms looked unprofessional. Outside area by rooms could do with renovation to give more 5 star appeal.
